EARTH LOVE

WSRF takes an authentic and conscious approach to fashion and production. We are a husband and wife team and with our knowledge of textiles from more than 15 years in the business, we make sure we dye, sew and embroider most of our collection so we can make it sustainable and regenerative.

If the chemicals you find in clothing would be on a beauty product label, you would never put it on your skin, so it should be the same with the clothes we wear.

All our items are hand painted by me, Corina, half of the WSRF team, usually barefoot in our small patio. They are left to dry in the sun, getting breezed by the salty ocean. The energy of the ocean blessing each item.

Our dyes are 90% water and harmless to you and Mother Nature.

The only way to have a more sustainable life is to buy less. Our items are built to last, ethically sourced, all home dyed then embroidered and printed in small family run workshops like ours.

Our ethos is taking something so mundane, so disposable and subjected to trend as a sweatshirt and turn it into an art piece so it is an investment and no longer a fad.

We never produce more than we sell, so we don’t overstock because that is what leads to waste. All our production is made as we sell, so forgive us if you stumble across many out of stocks in your browsing on our website. We will restock them but step by step production, hand dyed and embroidery take a bit of extra love and time.

Animal lovers. We believe in life symbiotic with nature and its cycles. Animals are integrated part of life on earth. We cherish this sacred bond so everything we do is vegan and completely cruelty free.

Aging and peeling. It is normal and natural for your item to age. Let it age, wear it in, appreciate this unique life you give it. It is your own experience that made it look the way it does. That one stain on your collar from that first date, the grass mark on your back from stargazing at that concert, coffee on your wrist because that guy was so cut… should I go on? No, you got this.

As a last p.o.a. do not dry clean you guys. Dry cleaning uses the most horrible chemicals for our planet, so that’s just not cool. Best bet is wash your stuff with an eco friendly detergent at an eco program of 40C. for the hand dyed items please put in a little extra tlc and hand wash (machine program hand wash will also do).

Our commitments are: fair trade production, sustainable fabrics, recycled and biodegradable packaging and tags, no single use plastic, green routes for shipping. All for creating an essential clothing item that doesn’t need to be thrown away because it looks dated.

Being a small family owned brand, we don’t have to rely on anyone but ourselves. It’s in our power to take it day by day in order to become a fully organic brand in the near future. We are determined in pursuing our better future now.

EARTH IS CALLING. REBEL RIDERS FOR LIFE.
